Mesa Artist and Nashville Session Ace Paul Allen and Artist Relations Front-Man Tim McKee demo the new TA-15 at Guitar Player studios.
Guitar Player magazine has been chomping at the bit to play and review their very own TransAtlantic TA-15 since its release. As luck would have it, Mesa Artist and Nashville session ace Paul Allen (Big & Rich, John Rich, Ten Finger Orchestra) happened to be in town (working on other secret Boogie projects – stay tuned!) and obliged himself to being the demo man at Guitar Player studios for the inaugural voyage and special delivery for Art Thompson of Guitar Player Magazine. Mesa Artist Relations honcho Tim McKee details the features while Paul drops some tasty chops through the library of sounds available from the TransAtlantic.
Check out the results of the session below and keep your eyes peeled for a Guitar Player TA-15 review coming soon.

When are they going to finally release the combo version of this amp? I was told it would premeire at NAMM, but they released the TA-30 instead.
Hi Paul –
Can’t really say, to be honest. It’s been discussed but no solid plans one way or the other right now. The best we can say for now is stay tuned… It’s something that’s being requested quite a bit more these days so you can bet that we’ll listen. Just a matter of priorities with regard to all the great ideas that are constantly in process. Thanks for the comment!
